Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order send us a message through the "Chat with us" feature immediately and do not use the soap. Once you use the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. For safety and hygiene reasons our soaps cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns. 

If, however, you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know at through our "Chat with us" feature with your order number and we can discuss options for replacement or discount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 72 hours or receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and respond appropriately.
